One Motorcyclist Dead, One Injured After Seven-Vehicle Crash on I-25 Near DTC

Greenwood Village, CO -- Northbound I-25 was closed for several hours on Wednesday evening when a crash involving seven vehicles left one motorcyclist dead and another injured.

The accident happened around 6:00 p.m. near the Arapahoe Road exit.

Police from the Greenwood Village Police Department said they are still investigating the cause of the crash. The surviving motorcyclist was taken to the hospital, where their condition is unknown.

I-25 remained closed for several hours between Dry Creek and Orchard Road while investigators worked the scene. So far, no other information has been released about the crash or the condition of the other drivers.
