Thornton Hit-And-Run Pedestrian in Critical Condition, Driver Sought

Thornton, CO - The Thornton police department is asking for help from the public to find the truck that hit a 63-year-old man and left him in critical condition early Saturday morning.

Laura Snidow, co-owner of Cliks Auto Body Care on the corner of 84th Avenue and Huron Street, witnessed the accident.

She and her husband ran to the aid of the man after he was thrown from the front grille of the truck.

Laura’s husband called 911 while she checked on the victim. The Snidows are hoping that someone will recognize the truck in the surveillance video.

Police investigators believe the vehicle is a dark Ford F-150 with possible front bumper damage.
