Collision Between Passenger Car and Van

A collision between a passenger car and a van at the intersection of Havana and Martin Luther King near Stapleton sent a small child to the hospital, according to CBS Denver. Police closed the busy intersection for about two hours while they investigated the cause of the accident. It was not immediately clear which driver was at fault, but a six-year-old child who was transported to the hospital suffered serious injuries when a Ford Mustang and a van crashed. The child’s conditions are not known, and it is not clear who was at fault in the accident.

Have you or a family member been seriously injured in a car accident that was caused by another driver’s negligence? Speak with a dedicated Denver personal injury attorney today to discuss your options.

No one expects to be involved in a car accident on any given day, but we also know that statistically speaking, each of us will probably be involved in several throughout our lives. Fortunately, the vast majority of auto accidents either result in no injury, or minor injuries that require very little medical care. In these cases, car insurance usually covers the damage with no problems, but in some serious cases, medical costs may exceed the limits of insurance policies, or insurance companies may deny claims altogether. If you have been seriously injured by the careless or unsafe driving of someone else, you may be entitled to financial compensation for present and future medical bills, property damage, and lost wages associated with the accident, and a Denver car crash attorney can help.
