Denver, CO -- An accident involving three vehicles shut down Colfax Avenue in both directions. The crash occurred at the intersection of Colfax Avenue and Speer Boulevard at around 6:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
According to investigators, the crash most likely happened at high speeds. The full scope of the cause is still under investigation. The Denver Police Department said nobody was seriously injured in the accident.
Colfax Avenue and parts of Speer Boulevard closed while crews cleaned up the wreckage. The intersection reopened at around 7:40 a.m. Wednesday morning.
