Motorcycle Riders Killed in Collision With Pickup That Ran Stop Sign

Adams County, CO - A collision involving a truck and motorcycle left two people dead near Denver International Airport in the morning on Tuesday, July 23.

According to the Colorado State Patrol, two motorcycle riders, a 64-year-old man and a 66-year-old woman, were riding southbound on East 88th Avenue when they were struck by a pickup truck that ran a stop sign heading westbound.

Both riders were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the truck was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. No information is available about any potential charges the truck diver may face.
