Denver, CO -- A woman is dead and another person is injured after a three-car collision Thursday around noon. The crash took place at the intersection of Colorado Boulevard and 1st Avenue near Cherry Creek.
Originally, police reported that the person transported to the hospital has serious injuries. Later they revised their statement to say the injuries were not severe. The woman who died in the crash was not identified.
Just after noon all southbound lanes and two northbound lanes of Colorado Boulevard closed. Those lanes reopened after 3:45 pm.
Police have not released details of what caused the crash. There is also no word if anyone will be charged.
