Henry Miniter is a Denver litigator who specializes in medical malpractice and complex civil actions. Mr. Miniter’s service to the justice system started in the early 1990’s and over the trajectory of his career he has held the professional titles of: Trial Attorney, Deputy District Attorney, Supervising Attorney, Vermont State Trooper, and Police Detective.
Mr. Miniter’s career as a trial lawyer began in the courtrooms of New York City where he focused exclusively on medical malpractice cases. After five years in the Big Apple, he returned to the Denver and served as a Deputy District Attorney for the 18th Judicial District (Arapahoe, Douglas, Elbert, and Lincoln counties). As a prosecutor, Mr. Miniter conducted jury trials, supervised junior lawyers, counseled law enforcement, and represented the people of Colorado.
Further, Mr. Miniter was the Supervising Attorney for the Denver legal office of a major insurance company where he represented policy holders and supervised a legal team. Now, Mr. Miniter devotes his practice exclusively to representing individuals in catastrophic injury cases.
Mr. Miniter earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and he graduated from Norwich University Military College of Vermont with high honors. He is licensed to practice law in New York, Colorado, and various federal courts. Mr. Miniter is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.
Mr. Miniter is an avid fly fisherman and outdoorsman. Mr. Miniter and his wife have two children.
