Cyclist Hit by Car Around 7:45 Am Monday Morning

A cyclist was hit by a car around 7:45 am Monday morning in Fort Collins. The man was riding north on Collage Ave when he was struck by a silver Honda. Paramedics have taken the man to Poudre Valley Hospital where his condition is unknown at this time. Police are still investigating the incident. No names or more information have been released as of yet.

There has been an increased number of bicycle and pedestrian accidents involving motor vehicles in Denver since January 2013.
